How Custom Embroidery Works, Start to Finish
Choose a suitable style from our catalog, including t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, and bags — embroidery compatibility and placement depend on the specific garment's material and construction. Upload your artwork, and our team digitizes it into a stitch file, adjusting thread colors and placement to match your design as closely as embroidery construction allows. You'll see a digital proof before anything goes into production, and you can make changes at that stage without extra cost. Once approved, production begins.
Turnaround, Minimums and Pricing
Custom embroidery orders carry a 6-piece minimum per design. Apparel styles like t-shirts, polos, jackets, and sweatshirts can mix within that minimum — you don't need six of the same item, so a small order combining a few shirts and a jacket works fine. Caps, bags, and other accessories have their own separate 6-piece minimum, since they're too different from apparel in size and placement to share one. Standard production takes 7-10 business days after proof approval, and rush production is available in 3-5 business days if you're on a tighter timeline — just give us a call, since rush pricing depends on your location and order size. Blank, undecorated items carry no minimum at all, and shipping starts once decoration wraps up, separate from production time.
File Formats and Setup Fees
Got a DST file already? Great — that's the format our embroidery machines use, so there's nothing more to do and no extra fee. Most people don't have one lying around though, and that's completely fine. Send us your logo as a JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS file, and our team will turn it into an embroidery-ready file for a one-time $50 fee.
