Orders placed by 3pm EST leave our facility the same day, free shipping kicks in automatically at $199, and with fulfillment locations spread across the country, most customers receive their order within 1 to 3 business days. Free Shipping on Orders Over $199

Free standard shipping applies automatically to all qualifying orders within the contiguous United States — no code needed at checkout. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are not eligible for free shipping. Rates for these destinations are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping

Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS and arrive within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch. In rare cases involving carrier delays or weather disruptions, transit may extend up to 7 business days — though this is the exception rather than the rule for most US destinations.

Expedited Shipping

If your timeline is tight, we offer next-day and two-day expedited options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Select your preferred option at checkout and your order is prioritized accordingly.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Priority Mail generally arrives within 3 to 7 business days. Priority Mail Express typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Transit times are not guaranteed for these destinations.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their local authorities — these are not included in your order total.

PayPal is the accepted payment method for all international orders. GotApparel acts as the importer of record on your behalf and may appoint a third-party carrier or customs broker where required.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, with a direct link to real-time updates via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You can also check your status, retrieve your tracking number, or request an invoice anytime through our Order Status page. If your tracking link is not updating after 3 to 4 business days, contact us at 1-866-847-8678 or support@gotapparel.com and we will sort it out.

Multiple Shipments

Large orders sometimes ship from more than one fulfillment location to get everything to you as fast as possible. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. There are no extra charges for split shipments — you pay one shipping rate regardless of how many packages your order requires.

Returns

If something is not right, we offer a 21-day return window with no restocking fees. Start your return through the Returns page within 21 days of receiving your order. The only cost to you is the return shipping back to us — original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please note that dropship orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect. Backordered Items

We keep inventory levels accurate across all our fulfillment locations and rarely run short on popular products. If an item does become unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately. You can wait for it to restock, remove it and ship the rest of your order right away, or cancel entirely — your call. Backordered items ship as soon as stock is available at no extra shipping charge.
