At GotApparel, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. With access to 23 strategically located warehouses across the United States, most orders are shipped from the facility closest to your destination, helping reduce transit times and shipping costs.

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates that are often lower than standard published UPS and USPS rates. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.

Free Shipping

GotApparel offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $199 within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Standard Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and warehouse location.

While most deliveries arrive within this timeframe, transit times may occasionally extend up to 7 business days due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

GotApparel ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Orders to these destinations are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service level. USPS Priority Mail shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days, while USPS Priority Mail Express shipments typically arrive within 1–3 business days; however, transit times are not guaranteed.

Please note that free shipping offers are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory addresses. Shipping charges are calculated according to current USPS rates based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Shipping

GotApparel proudly serves customers worldwide.

The consignee (buyer) is the importer of record and authorizes Digital Station LLC / GotApparel to import goods on their behalf. The consignee further agrees that Digital Station LLC / GotApparel may appoint a third-party carrier or customs broker to facilitate the import process.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

For international orders, PayPal is currently the accepted payment method.

Backorders

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels and keep popular products in stock. However, occasional inventory shortages may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to:

Wait for the item to become available

Remove the unavailable item from your order

Ship the available items immediately

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.

Orders Paid by Check or Money Order

Orders paid by check or money order require additional processing time. Please allow up to 14 business days for payment verification and order processing.

Delivery is typically completed within approximately three weeks from the date your payment is mailed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you have not received shipping confirmation within 3–4 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are also happy to help if your tracking information is unavailable or not updating properly.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may ship from different warehouse locations.

As a result, you may receive your order in multiple shipments on different days. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments when they are required to complete your order.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Digital Station/Got Apparel to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Digital Station/Got Apparel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. 


For all the International Orders, customers can either use PayPal as a payment method. No other method will be accepted.

Back Orders:

We work diligently to ensure there is sufficient stock to meet your demands. However, in rare cases if an item is out of stock, it can be backordered. We will notify you if any item is unavailable at the time of purchase. In this case, it is up to you to wait for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item.

If you decide to backorder, we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Please note that your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.

Orders Placed by Check/Money Order:

For orders placed by check or money order, we need up to 14 business days for processing. You can expect delivery approximately 3 weeks after you mail in your check/money order.

Checking Your Order Status:

You will receive a UPS/USPS tracking number via email after your order has been shipped. You may call us to confirm your order status if you haven’t received your shipment in 3-4 business days. Also, get in touch with our customer support team if the UPS/USPS Link provided is not working.

Multiple Shipments:

You may receive your order in separate shipments, based on distribution point and the availability of inventory.
