I would say fit on small side, normally wear XL, ordered a 2X, fit perfect. Haven't worn outside to test wicking but soft material.

My son loves his. He has a skin condition that doesn't allow him to get direct sunlight, but doesn't like being super hot in regular long sleeve shirts. He prefers this one because it wicks the moisture away from his body, while still keeping him covered up. I would suggest this to anyone.
